Connor Weems
Connor joined Kingfisher in December 2025 as a Project Planner, handling initial property inspections, forming project scopes and bids, estimating, material ordering, scheduling, and leading construction planning meetings. His favorite part of the job is the learning. He loves getting deeper into construction and seeing a project through from start to finish.
Before Kingfisher, Connor built a surprisingly diverse background for someone his age: farm and landscaping work, insurance inspections, low-voltage wiring on new construction, and security alarm and camera system installation. He knows his way around a job site.
Connor lives in Spotsylvania with his wife. They’re newlyweds. Congratulations, Connor!
