Bobby Nicely

Bobby joined Kingfisher in October 2025 as an Acquisitions Rep, helping homeowners navigate challenging situations and find real solutions that fit their needs. Every day he’s meeting people from all walks of life, hearing their stories, and working hard to create outcomes that make sense for everyone involved. His favorite part of the job is exactly that. Building trust, solving problems, and helping people face their challenges with a little less stress.

Before real estate, Bobby spent several years as a contractor supporting the Department of Homeland Security and later worked in the engineering and surveying industry. That experience gave him a sharp eye for detail and a knack for complex problem-solving.

Bobby lives in Fredericksburg with his wife, and they’re expecting their first child in December. Big things are happening in the Bobby household! When they’re not prepping for baby, you’ll find them traveling, trying new restaurants, exploring new places on weekends, or settled in for a movie night.

What Bobby loves most about Kingfisher is the genuine team dynamic, people who work well together and actually care about each other. He counts it as a real blessing to work somewhere that values both its employees and the people they serve.

Two fun facts that will stop you in your tracks: Bobby has lost over 200 pounds on his fitness journey over the last 12 years. And since 2020, he’s read somewhere north of 112 sci-fi and fiction books. He’s lost count at this point, which honestly just makes it better.
