Shawn Clifton
Shawn joined Kingfisher in September 2023 and serves as Acquisitions Manager, working directly with sellers from their first conversation all the way through closing. She also helps train the acquisitions team and refine processes so the whole team can better serve sellers. Her favorite part of the job is helping sellers solve complicated real estate problems and supporting them through every step of the process.
Before Kingfisher, Shawn served as Music and Missions Director at a local church, bringing a heart for service into everything she does.
Shawn lives in Fredericksburg. Outside of work, she’s passionate about music and gardening.
What Shawn appreciates most about the Kingfisher team is how genuinely they care about one another while working toward a common purpose. Everyone brings different strengths to the table, with a shared commitment to serving sellers, supporting teammates, and finding solutions to tough situations.
A couple of fun facts about Shawn: she plays the saxophone, and she once owned over 100 houseplants (she’ll be the first to admit it got a little out of hand).
