Paul Quinn
Paul is the Founder and Co-Owner of Kingfisher. He sets the vision for where the company is headed next, with a hand in finance, marketing, and construction along the way. He’s focused on building a great team and putting systems in place so the whole crew can keep winning together.
Real estate has been Paul’s world for 14 years, mostly flipping houses, but before that he was in defense contracting and served as a Marine Corps Officer. He’s also a VMI grad, so don’t expect him to be late to anything.
He lives in Spotsylvania with his wife of 23 years and their three kids, who keep him plenty busy. Most weekends you’ll find him chasing one of the kids to a game, working out, or finding any excuse to be outside.
Ask Paul what he loves most about Kingfisher and he won’t talk about the deals. He’ll talk about the people: a team that genuinely cares about doing great work, and somehow manages to be hardworking and collaborative without losing the fun.
A couple of fun facts: Paul is one of 7 kids, was homeschooled all through high school, and loves traveling out West.
