They went above and beyond my expectations

I recently used Kingfisher House Buyers to sell a property that I had been renting out for 15 years. From start to finish, they went “above and beyond” my expectations. The agent, Shawn Clifton, was respectful and provided me with a fair offer and was extremely transparent through the entire process. There were absolutely no “high pressure” tactics used. Shawn did not try to nit-pick my property apart, and was highly complimentary on how well the property had been maintained and upgrades I had made in certain areas. We closed in 10 days, all the coordination was done on Kingfisher’s side of the transaction.

I needed out of my house so I decided to call around to several buy my home companies that’s when I spoke with Shawn. She came out to look at my house she ask why I wanted to sell I told her I don’t have money to pay for the needed repairs. She said the house isn’t that bad i can buy it but it won’t help your situation. She said I have a guy named Jose that has helped me in past with these types of situations and he can come out to you and do the necessary work to get the house in selling condition so we can list it. So I said let’s do it Jose came out and gave me a great price on the work that was needed I told Jose let’s do it. Jose sent out his crew and got the work done he really shot it out of the park. Shawn then presented me to Lindsay and she made it happened sold the house in 45 days. Thank you Shawn you could’ve just bought my home for peanuts but you decided to help me and that means the world to me Shawn thank you. Put your trust in Shawn and Lindsay for your buying and selling needs.
